Call for Papers
Russian Academy of Sciences, V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of RAS, RUDN University, National Research Tomsk State University, and Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences jointly organize the 24th International Conference on Distributed Computer and Communication Networks - DCCN'2021.
DCCN'2021 is an IEEE (Russia Section) technically co-sponsored (approved) International Conference that will take place in Moscow, Russia, on 20-24 September, 2021.
The purpose of the conference is to unite the efforts of Russian and foreign researchers from various academic and research organizations to develop, exchange and summarize the accumulated experience in the field of theory and practice of building computer and telecommunication networks, discuss development prospects and cooperation in this field.
The DCCN'2021 conference will continue a series of conferences on this subject, which have been held in Russia, Bulgaria and Israel in the last 25 years.
Topics of the Conference
Topics include, but are not limited to the following fields:
Analytical modeling and simulation of communication systems
Centimeter- and millimeter-wave radio technologies
Cloud computing, distributed and parallel systems
Communication networks algorithms and protocols
Computer and telecommunication networks control and management
Evolution of wireless networks toward 5G
High-altitude telecommunications platforms
Internet of Things and Fog Computing
Machine learning, big data, artificial intelligence
Performance analysis, QoS/QoE evaluation and network efficiency
Probabilistic and statistical models in information systems
Queuing theory and reliability theory applications

Proceedings
Authors are encouraged to submit their papers (4-6 pages) in Russian or English language via the online registration system (https://uconfy.com/). The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings volume (included into the Russian Science Citation Index) prior to the beginning of the Conference. After a peer review, authors of selected submissions in English, recommended by the Program Committee, will be invited to submit their extended papers (12-15 pages in Springer LNCS template). After a second round of review the accepted extended papers will be published by Springer (approval pending) as a stand-alone volume of selected extended papers (indexed in Scopus and Web of Science).

Types of Participation
Oral presentation (with publication)
Listener (without a talk and without publication). The registration deadline for the non-speaker participants is 01 September 2021.
Remote presentation* (decision pending)
*Note: In case some authors will not be able to attend the conference due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, the Organizing Committee will offer them remote presentation options. In all cases the submissions will be reviewed, the proceedings and the post-proceedings will be published, and one author of each paper will be required to give a talk at the conference to have the paper appear in the proceedings/post-proceedings.
